Latest SkillSelect Invitation Round of Australia

 

Department of Home Affairs, Australia (DHA) releases the latest SkillSelect Invitation Round of Australia usually on the 11th day of every month. Through, these monthly invitation rounds, the government of Australia, issue the invitation to apply (ITA) for Skilled Visa in Australia.

The applicants are now guessing about the Next SkillSelect Invitation round, however, making any speculation or prediction of the further invitation rounds is not easy by any means. Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189)

This is a non-sponsored Skilled Permanent Visa in Australia. It means you don’t require any sponsorship or job offer from Australia to apply for subclass 189 visa. This point tested visa allows you and your spouse to live and work and study in Australia on a permanent basis.

Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa

This visa also came into effect from 16th November 2019 and has replaced Subclass 489 Visa.

It a 5-year long provisional visa follows a point-based system and invites those eligible candidates who are either nominated by a state or territory government agency or sponsored by a family member who lives in any regional area of Australia as a permanent resident or citizen. It has a lot of benefits to offer in comparison to the Visa Subclass 489, which is replaced by this Visa Subclass 491.

Note: Subclass 489 visa has replaced by a new visa category, i.e. Subclass 491 visa from 16th November 2019. EOI applications for the subclass 489 was closed on 10 September 2019. SkillSelect Rounds in the program year 2018-19, Australia invited a total of 23,040 candidates through separate monthly invitation rounds from July 2018 to June 2019.

What is the stepwise process to apply for Australia PR visa?

  • Get approval from the immigration office. If all verification goes fine, and your application and documents are found genuine and correct, you will get the approval of a PR visa from the visa office.
