New Canberra Matrix Invitation round 822 candidate received ACT nomination invitation

On 14 July 2023, Canberra conducted the latest invitation round to invite total 822 candidates to apply for the ACT (Australian Capital Territory) nomination of key visa categories, i.e. Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa Subclass 491.  ACT Nomination

The ACT government offers a nomination program for skilled migration for key visa subclasses, i.e. subclass 190 visa and subclass 491 visa (Skilled Work Regional Provisional visa). The ACT nomination allows entitled skilled workers to live and work in the ACT (Australian Capital Territory). To apply for ACT nomination, you typically require meeting the following requirements:

• Applicant’s occupation need to be on the ACT Occupation List, which summaries the occupations in demand in the ACT region.
• Need to have a positive skills assessment for the nominated occupation from the applicable assessing authority.
