Australia ACT Issued 165 Invitations to Visa Subclass 190 and 491

The ATC (Australia Territory Capital), Canberra has announced latest invitation round results on 7th February 2020 for the visa 190 and 491. In this round of invitation, total 165 invitations were issued to the eligible skilled workers who have submitted their application for the Canberra Nomination program.

Under Visa Subclass 190

Out of total 165 invitations, 83 were issued for the Canberra matrix. The applicants who had point score between 135 and 75 points were invited in this round of invitation, while a matrix of 70 points was already submitted or on 31st October 2019.

Under Visa Subclass 491

Total 82 invitations were issued to applicants who have applied under visa subclass 491 under the Canberra points category ranging between 120 to 70  points.

What is ACT Canberra?

Candidates who apply for Australian Capital Territory (ACT) nomination via a Skilled Sponsored Visa subclass 190 visa and 491 must meet the requirements set by DHA under its points test system and must complete the Skill Select as well.

In order to be eligible to apply for the State Sponsorship Visa Subclass, an applicant's occupation must be high in-demand in Canberra, ACT. The ACT Government then issues invitations every month to eligible candidates, scoring high on the Canberra points matrix.

In order to express an interest, an applicant must score minimum 20 points.
